About Me

Raul: A travel-food-luxury writer and restaurant reviewer for over 15 years, Mumbai, India-based Raul Dias is a restaurant reviewer for Mid-Day, Mumbai. He was also the editor of Hi!Club (in-flight magazine of Club One Air private jets) and the editor of Happy Flying (in-flight magazine for Air Costa), both publications from the house of Blitz Multimedia, India, the publishers of Hi!Blitz and CineBlitz. He has in the past worked for The Times of India as the food, travel and fashion editor. He was also the assistant editor of Man's World magazine and the editor of Wedding Vows magazine. Today, besides his role with the Hindustan Times, Mumbai, Raul freelances for a number of Indian and international publications like The Times Of India, DNA, The Week, Mint Lounge, The Hindu (Metro Plus & Sunday Magazine), Hindustan Times (Brunch & Main paper), Sunday Mid-Day, Afternoon Despatch & Courier, Travel+Leisure (India & South Asia), The Man, Jetwings, Hi!Blitz, Child, Mother & Baby, Parent & Child, Smart Life, Open, Outlook Business, Mumbai Mag, Audi Magazine, Liverpool Student (UK), Shout (Bahrain), The Star (Malaysia) and Appetite (Singapore) among others.
